The World Youth Foundation (WYF), also known as Yayasan Belia Dunia, is a Malaysian non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting youth empowerment, leadership development and international cooperation.
For more than three decades, WYF has worked alongside government agencies, educational institutions, youth organisations, international partners and community leaders to create opportunities that inspire young people to discover their potential and contribute positively to society.
Through educational programmes, leadership training, research initiatives, conferences, volunteerism and cross-cultural exchanges, WYF continues to nurture young leaders equipped with the knowledge, confidence and values needed to address today’s global challenges.
Guided by our philosophy of Engage. Educate. Empower., we remain committed to building stronger communities by investing in the future generation.
Since 1994, WYF has grown into a trusted platform for youth empowerment — building partnerships, running programmes and convening young leaders across Malaysia and around the world.
The year 2025 has been another significant and challenging year for the World Youth Foundation (WYF) as we continue our commitment and journey towards empowering young people and strengthening youth leadership at national, regional and global levels.
Throughout the year, the Foundation remained dedicated to providing platforms that encourage dialogue, leadership development, and collaboration amongst youth from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Through various programme’s, forums, and training initiatives, we supported young leaders in developing the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to address contemporary challenges facing their communities.
Every young mind has the potential to spark meaningful change.
WYF is here to amplify that potential — by turning passion into purpose, and ideas into impact.
